Reputation and Satisfaction

For many years, we have been closely monitoring and studying the satisfaction of our policyholders and the recognition and reputation of our company with surveys carried out by external independent institutions. The satisfaction of our policyholders and the recognition and reputation of the company are our key identifiers for the detection of needs and developing insurance products, services and business processes, the aim of which is satisfied customers and the successful business operations of our insurance company.

Claims are Resolved Quickly

It is also important for us to meet the expectations of our policyholders in the settlement of claims. In an internal survey carried out among our clients for the tenth consecutive year, more than 87% of the respondents agree with the statement that AS resolves damage claims quickly. 71% of respondents even gave an excellent score (score 5) to this statement.1
